Palm Paradise

To date, this is one of our largest projects that involved a full year of planning. Our team delivered the highest attention to every aspect of the project. Everything was planned meticulously from start to finish. Our craftsmanship was of the highest quality. Material was imported from Turkey and we had engineer onsite testing concrete and cement. This project was completed close to perfection.

The scope included the construction of a 20′ x 45′ custom built concrete pool, with a built in auto-cover. The pool began at 3′-6″ at the shallow end and tapered down to a depth of 7′.  A spill over spa of 8’x8′ was constructed to provide a relaxing and soothing aspect to the pool. We used Barbados Aqua Blue 6″x6″ porcelain pool tile to wrap the water line of the pool and the spa. Silver Travertine was used for the coping, the spa coping, and to veneer the raised spa.

A brick retaining wall was constructed to create flower beds and provide a structure to divert water away from the pool.

The pool deck was constructed using a 4″ (3500PSI) concrete base. Silver Travertine was laid over the top off the concrete base and cemented down using mortar. The Travertine was laid in a French Pattern.

Finally, the pool house was built to match the existing house. A built in bar area was integrated into the pool house. A complimentary fire pit area was built to provide comfort and recreational space.
