Elemental Clubvalley

This project is a elegant and natural take on a pool project design. We used warm earth tone colors to complement the house architecture and color scheme. The results created an inviting and cozy feel. One where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

The construction began with the excavation of a freeform concrete pool. We followed it with the installation of the structural elements to the wall, which included the placement of framing and #4 rebar to structurally support the walls. Once the rebar inspection was conducted and passed, we shot the pool with shotcrete the very next day.

At Caliber we pride ourselves with the structural element of every project. We pour each wall to the highest degree possible ensuring the pool is built for life, not just for a few years. The walls are poured at 12″ thick and the floor at a 10″ shell. This creates a sturdy wall system. The pool is then allowed to “rest” for 30 days to maximize the curing time, allowing the concrete to reach its full psi strength within that time. In the meantime we place and install the pump system. The pump used for this pool is a salt system from Pentair. 

Once the pool has reached its maximum psi we began installing the plumbing lines and connecting it to the pump and filters from Pentair. 

Once all plumbing and electrical has been installed and passed underground, we began the grading and backfilling. We use only screenings to backfill ensuring the plumbing lines are undamaged.

Hardscape: 

We installed Ivory Split face for the water features, the spas, and the outdoor kitchen. We used the Ivory French pattern for the pool deck.

Once all hardscaping was completed we prepped the pool and got it ready for the Light Blue Plaster.
