STEP 3
Excavation & Plumbing
During this phase, our specialized excavation team works closely with the homeowner to confirm all design details are finalized. Once approved, excavation begins—marking the official start of the project. Throughout this stage, we ensure that all earthwork and structural components of the pool shell meet or exceed North Carolina Building Code requirements.
STEP 4
Pool Construction
At this stage, the pool truly begins to take shape. The chosen shell – whether fiberglass, gunite, or vinyl liner – is carefully installed in place. Once the shell is set, our licensed plumbing and electrical contractors mobilize on-site to begin their respective phases of the project, ensuring all systems are expertly integrated.
STEP 5
Finishing Touches
In this final construction stage, we will complete the surrounding patio, decking, and any other hardscape features to fully transform your backyard. We will also help you design and implement new landscaping.
STEP 6
Final Walkthrough
This is when you finally get to enjoy your new pool! We will go over all the features, equipment elements, and the maintenance plan. We will make sure you feel comfortable maintaining your investment and enjoying it for years to come.
